Woburn Sculpture Gallery Wedding | Christopher & Michelle
Saturday 7th May, it was sunny and warm, unlike some of the days we have just been having lately and I was heading for a beautiful wedding to be held at Woburn Sculputre Gallery. If you have never been, then go as the parkland is amazing with the deer roaming around and the view over to Woburn itself just breathtaking.
I arrived at Michelle’s childhood home and was met by mum and her bridesmaid. Kerry from Cambridge Makeup Artist was there and had started on the girls make up. The room was calm for a wedding day morning, music was playing, drinks were flowing. My second photographer Lee had met the boys at Chris’ parent home near St Neots. I think there was a little more high jinx going on over there.
The ceremony was to be held at Buckden Towers, a short drive from their home. I know it was a warm day and i think Chris was a little nervous, but I am sure the sweating was being caused by the heating being on. After the ceremony and some photos in the beautiful grounds of the Church, the guests boarded a coach and headed to Woburn Sculpture Gallery for the reception.
With such a stunning venue and grounds it was time for photos before everyone headed inside for the wedding breakfast. Did someone mention speeches??
Family and friends enjoyed the day and partied on into the night to music by The Colts, a great live band. I always wish i can stay longer when the music is this good.
Congratulations Chris & Michelle, it was a beautiful wedding and I wish you many years of love and happiness together.
