Swynford Manor Wedding – Steph & Michael

Swynford Manor Wedding – Steph & Michael

I hadn’t been to Swynford Manor for quite a while and was excited to be back for Steph & Michaels wedding day.  It’s such an understated, elegant Cambridge Wedding Venue, with its monochrome decor and the most amazing copper baths in the rooms.

The girls were upstairs tucked out of the way when I arrived, giggling and excited, taking it in turns to have their hair and makeup done.  You could tell which room the boys were in as there was a waft of aftershave cascading along the corridor. Once they were suited and booted, we headed outside for a few photos in the grounds of the venue.

They married in the Study  It has an elegant aisle and thier guests sat either side. This room is full of light thanks to the huge window that’s framed by luxurious curtains, and they said ‘I do’ with a few tears, in front of a beautiful carved fireplace. With the sun shining on us, everyone headed outside for drinks and canapes.

Autumn colours are just magnificent, rich tones and the most wonderful afternoon light.  I couldn’t resist using the tree lined driveway which was awash with golden leaves. Steph totally rocked her dress and did a little twirl.

Scroll down and have a look fo ryourself.

Congratulations guys, i loved every minute of your wedding day x
