The Old Hall | Kayleigh & Adam

Being a Cambridge Wedding Photographer, I do love to visit local wedding venues. The Old Hall Ely is a renovated Jacobean Mansion house on the outskirts of the quaint little city of Ely in Cambridgeshire.  As you drive out of Ely, you can see the house to your left hand side.  I always get excited at this point as I know there is going to be a fun day ahead.

The day Kayleigh and Adam got married I met up with the boys at their home in the town of March.  Today I was being the second photographer for Ryan.  He got to photograph all the girlie bits and I was there to organise and put the boys right, not that these needed much of that.

On such a beautiful summer’s day there was only one place the wedding would take place and that was the Pavillion overlooking the lake with Ely Cathedral on the horizon.  The views around the fens can be breathtaking, especially the sunsets which we were lucky enough to get later that day.
