Charlotte & Jack | Chippenham Park
I had the best day ever at Charlotte & Jack’s Chippenham Park wedding in May. The weather was perfect not too hot, not cold and just the right amount of sunshine to give the most wonderful light for the photographs. I think these two did too. Thank you for the fabulous review.
“We are over the moon that we picked Liz to be our wedding photographer.
So many of our guests commented on how great Liz was during our wedding day. She was such a relaxing, positive, fun presence to have with us, and super organised!
As your wedding day goes so fast, we didn’t have the chance to speak to all our guests at length or spend that much time with everyone, so when our photos came through, we really did re-live the whole day again, and see the day through the eyes of our guests too!
There were some really special moments that Jack and I remembered from the day and Liz captured them all! We had no idea Liz was even near taking some of the photos, which shows her professionalism as she lets you have those private moments, but still manages to get them on camera.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
The gardens look wonderful in spring and were manicured to perfection with the meadow having just the right amount of daisies peeping through the long grass that surrounded the summer house by the lake where the outside ceremony was taking place.
Charlotte was a bundle of excitement and anticipation while Jack looked on with such adoration as his soon to be wife walked towards him. Friends and family watched the ceremony giving their love and support before carrying on the celebrations on the Rose Terrace of this beautiful Country House wedding venue.

In their words
Where did you first meet
We met at school in Ely in 2001!
Who asked who and how
Jack asked me to marry him on a beach in Portugal. We were there for a week for one of my best friends weddings and some of our closest friend were in on it!
Wedding planning, good, bad and fabulous
We loved every minute of the wedding planning. We started it 1.5 years out so we planned little and often, with very little stress!
How was day through your eyes?
We loved our wedding day! It went super quickly and we still don’t feel like we got enough time to speak to everyone, but it was our perfect day.
What was your favourite part of the day
Jack’s favourite part was being at the venue in the morning with his ushers and best man, waiting for me to get there! He was really excited and was buzzing to see me walk down the aisle to start our next adventure. My favourite part was our ceremony and having those moments together saying our vows. I also loved spending some quality time with my mum and dad during the day, and seeing them so happy!
Any tips you learnt along the way which may be useful for other brides
Don’t stress about the small things so early on in your wedding planning! Plan the big things first, so you then have time to do the little bits and final decorations etc. as and when you can so it doesn’t feel rushed or stressful!
I love all weddings but I do have a soft spot for beautiful Chippenham Park Wedding. Please get in touch here if you want more information about wedding photography for your big day
