Wilobe Farm Barn Pidley | Hannah & Carl

A Rainbow of colour, that’s how Hannah & Carl’s day looked at Wilobe Farm Barn, Pidley.  The Bridesmaids all wore different colours and looked beautiful in their pastel shades.  Hannah travelled to Church in her Father’s old refurbished car.  Now I would say they both travelled to the Barn in it too, but that wouldn’t be quite true………………….. Have a look at what happened

With the Bridal preparations starting in the village that I grew up in and opposite the house that I was born in, today was going to be quite emotional. My 2nd photographer Vicki was with the boys at Lakeside Lodge in Pidley and was on hand to assist with buttonholes and ties.  The girls were kind of more organised until it came to a few photos before everyone left. There’s always someone missing and this time it was Mum and Dad.

Hannah had a little mishap with her dress as she walked down the aisle and spent most of the time giggling. Perhaps this little incident was an indicator that the day wouldn’t go exactly to plan and would certainly be a talking point about this beautiful day.

Wilobe Farm Barn is only a short drive from the Church in Bluntisham but it is situated on a bit of a windy road.  Just before the barn, there is a view over the golf course and across the fenland countryside. We stopped the car and took some photos here and then I left them so I could be at the Barn as they arrived. We waited, we waited and we waited a bit more. Then up the bank of the driveway, a riot of colour and giggles emerged as the Bridal party were pushing the wedding car complete with Bride.
