TO EXPECT

GETTING READY

Once your shoot date is secured, you will get a refresh of this ‘what to expect’ guide which includes tips on what to wear and how to get the best out of the session. You will also be sent a full product list so you can see all of the Collections, gorgeous prints and products you can choose from after your shoot.

Just before your session, we can chat on the phone so we can agree on the perfect location for your shoot and I can find out all about your family. This means I can plan the session and make it unique to your family.

YOUR SESSION

Your family photo session will be relaxed and fun, resulting in photos which are natural. I will give a little direction to ensure you are in the most flattering light and position, then I let you be you so that I can capture your family naturally. This is a chance to take time out of your busy lives’ to be together and enjoy each other’s’ company, creating memories. I will find out what I can about your children in our chat before the session, so I know how to get the best out of them during the shoot. I love getting the best out of the most reluctant of subjects, big and little!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Sit back and relax, knowing that you’ve invested time in capturing gorgeous memories of your family. I will spend time selecting the very best images from your shoot (approximately 30-40), then digitally edit each one individually in my style. Within 3 weeks you will receive an email to arrange your viewing session.

YOUR VIEWING SESSION

Enjoy a cup of tea while viewing your completed images in my studio. We can go through them all one by one. You can pick your favourites to be included in your chosen Collection. Once you’ve got your Collection you can then add to it from the A’ la Carte menu options of extra prints, files and wonderful wall art.

After your appointment, you will receive an email with a password to a secure online gallery which is available for 5 days for you to share with family and friends and let them choose what they wish to order.

DISPLAYING YOUR IMAGES

I love this bit….deciding how to display your gorgeous family photos around your home. There is nothing better than seeing your loved ones, in pride of place on the wall in your home. You will choose from a selection of stunning prints and products and I will be there to offer advice whenever you need me to. I can create mock-up layouts for you so you can visualise how the products will look.

Your products will arrive within 2-5 weeks of payment being received. Yours to show everyone and love forever!
