Huntingdon Town Hall Wedding | Sarah & Martin
When you are an ex-police officer then the perfect venue is the Old Court House to say I Do to the love of your life. A Huntingdon Town Hall Wedding is just stunning, it is perfect as a wedding venue. Large windows let the light poor in, even on an overcast Winters day.
Martin looked very dapper in his Liberty print shirt and tweed jacket. Amazing Hellebores and a purple colour were used as decorations throughout the whole day. Sarah was beaming when she arrived at the Town Hall and looked wonderful in her purple dress. Love to see something different at weddings.
The smiles carried on throughout the ceremony and onto the reception at Brampton Mill which has wonderful views over the river and local fields. Family and friends arrived and enjoyed drinks in the beautifully decorated room upstairs. All the beams were covered in foliage and flowers by The Country Garden Florist and looked amazing.
The wedding cake was made by local baker Tom’s Cakes and Hellebores appeared here too, although these were delicate icing ones.
As with many weddings the speeches can be emotional. Today was no exception. Sarah lost her first husband Gary to an awful Brain Tumor, so it was only right that he was thought about and mentioned during the day. Wedding favours were all related to a Brain Tumor charity on behalf of Gary.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful and heartfelt day with me. Congratulations to you both and I wish you many many happy years together.
