One of my favourite pre-wedding sessions has been with John & Libby around the streets of Cambridge. It may have been raining on that day but we still had a lot of fun.
John chose to surprise Libby with a gift of a small photo frame with two of the photos from our session in Cambridge as a wedding day gift, and it was proudly on display as Libby was getting ready at Anstey Hall.
On the outskirts of Cambridge, in Trumpington, Anstey Hall is a 17th Century House owned by the de Bruyen family and just wonderful for weddings. The wisteria was in full bloom for John and Libby when they held their reception here, following the marriage ceremony at Our Lady's and the English Martyrs Church in the center of Cambridge.
Carolyne was assisting me and i am thankful for her help. The traffic into Cambridge, due to it being a lovely Saturday and badly timed roadworks, meant the journey into the City was taking a lot longer that planned.
There are no garden at the Church but there is an amazing doorway, where we had a few photos before heading back to Anstey Hall. Some of my favourite photos are of everyone mingling around the streets of Cambridge with traffic bustling in the background.
Many congratulations to you both, it was a wonderful day spent with you lovely family and friends. I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness. xxx
