It was a chilly and blustery Easter Saturday the day Nicholas and Frances got married at Huntingdon Registry office. Family were waiting in the local tea rooms for Frances to arrive when i turned up. Once the elegant Bride had arrived with her beautiful flowers from Wild Frost, we headed off to the Registry office, with me trying to keep in front. Which was quite difficult, they were on a mission.
The ceremony was lovely and one of the Registra's, Cheryl, I had met a few weeks before when she married friends of hers who's wedding i photographed also. It's so lovely to meet up with people at such happy occasions.
After the ceremony we headed through the streets of Huntingdon towards the Riverside Park for some family photographs. The wind was rather biting and coats were tightly wrapped around shivering bodies. We carried on through the park and headed to the new Mr & Mrs' home a short walk away where drinks, canapes and a lovely lunch was being prepared.
A few more photos later and i left them to enjoy their day.
Many congratulations to you both, i hope your blessing in July is a little warmer and I am sure will be a wonderful day. x
